I bring a theoretical background in media studies, psychology, art history, design thinking, social media, content management, and web development to each project I work on.

And every project has communication at its core: what is the message? what is the best medium to communicate the message? who is interested in this message? where are they?

Meeting people where they are is my personal ethos. My mom is a psychotherapist and artist, & my dad is a tech guy. If you can, imagine 6 year old me, writing poems into microsoft word on the family mac mini, typing poems in size 112 pt font, then printing them out to frame them on cardstock. Good job imagining – that’s a true story!

Finally, I am a storyteller. Stories are the core of my preferred communication style. Why write a tweet when you can tell a story through a tweet? Why create a website when you can tell a story through a domain instead? Its all about perspective. (my psychology is showing!)
